• Guarantee job placements or interview calls
• Represent any company listed on our platform
• Charge any fees for job listings or applications
• Have any employment relationship with the companies listed

All job listings are provided for informational purposes only. Users are advised to verify all information directly with the respective companies before attending any walk-in drive.

Walk-ins.in allows users to submit walk-in drive information through our "Submit Walk-In" feature. By submitting content to our platform, you agree to the following:

• Accuracy Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information you submit.
• No False Information: You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Authorization: You confirm that you have the right to share the information being submitted.

Walk-ins.in reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content without prior notice. We implement a review process, but cannot guarantee the verification of all submitted information.

Walk-ins.in shall not be held liable for:

• Canceled Drives: Walk-in drives that are canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizing company without notice.
• Incorrect Venue Information: Errors in venue addresses, timings, or other logistical details that may result in inconvenience.
• Changed Eligibility Criteria: Any changes to job requirements, eligibility criteria, or selection processes.
• Interview Outcomes: The results of any interviews or recruitment processes.
• Third-Party Actions: Any actions, decisions, or policies of the companies organizing the walk-in drives.
• Travel or Expenses: Any travel costs, time lost, or other expenses incurred by users attending walk-in drives.

Users acknowledge that they attend walk-in drives at their own risk and discretion. We strongly recommend verifying all details with the official company sources before making any travel arrangements.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using Walk-ins.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
